By accessing or using PeakNest DriveLab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Course licenses

Courses are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Redistribution is prohibited.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid courses are billed in USD. If you are not satisfied within 14 days and have completed less than 30% of a course, contact support for a refund review.

5. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access or interference with the platform
• No sharing of licensed course content without permission
• No use of services for unlawful purposes

6. Safety disclaimer

Our content is educational. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s guidance and local laws. If conditions are unsafe, seek professional assistance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakNest DriveLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to services

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
