Do I need any tools to start?
Not for the initial safety and assessment modules. For hands-on practice, you will benefit from a jack, wheel chocks, and a lug wrench. We list optional tools per course.
How long does it take to learn a safe tire change?
Our beginner path takes about 60–90 minutes across multiple micro-lessons, followed by practice drills to build speed.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. After completing the required modules and a short assessment, you can download a completion certificate suitable for personal training records.
What if my car has wheel locks?
We include a dedicated module on wheel locks with identification, key storage, and contingency steps if the key is missing.
Do you cover torque specifications?
Yes. We teach how to find the correct torque spec, when to re-torque, and how to use a torque wrench to avoid over-tightening.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied within 14 days and have completed less than 30% of a course, request a refund via Contact.
Is this suitable for roadside assistance teams?
Yes. We support team enrollments and provide admin dashboards for progress tracking.
How do you handle accessibility?
We design with screen reader support, keyboard navigation, high contrast, and transcripts for all audio content.
